Our report The Mittelstand in the Age of Hyperautomation: A Survey of DACH Mittelstand Companies is based on a survey, conducted by third-party market research company Norstat, of 101 senior professionals working in small and medium-sized businesses in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

It reveals how automated these companies currently are, how many manual business processes remain in their operations and their plans for greater integration between the many different softwares, technologies and platforms that go into delivering their products and services.
