Dreamforce 2019: The Importance of Customer 360 and APIs

Dreamforce 2019 was an amazing show filled with exciting product and customer announcements, sessions, learning, inspiration, parties, and giving. We had great conversations on how to best automate your Quote-to-Cash process or to get full visibility into your customers. Here are some of the main highlights:

  • The value of creating “Customer 360” by unifying data across all customer touchpoints and systems (e.g. awareness to order to post-sales interaction) to provide insights and timely customer interactions.
  • The importance of API connectivity and the benefits of reusing components to accelerate integration.
